When looking around gets you down, it's time to look up to God in faith

The Book of Acts is all about the expansion of the Kingdom of God. In this passage, we see Jesus triumph over one of his bitterest enemies: Saul of Tarsus. In this sermon, Pastor Philip explores the details of Saul's conversion, showing how God works powerfully and effectively to save sinners.

After his experience with Jesus appearing to him on the road to Damascus, Saul was not the same man. God's grace radically transformed him, so that he went from being one of the bitterest enemies of the church to one of the greatest proclaimers of the gospel. In the end, we see how God prevails over every obstacle to build his church.

Passage: Acts 9:1-19. The apostle Paul started out as a murderous persecutor of the early church, but Jesus stopped him and transformed his life from murderer to missionary. If God can save Paul, he can save you.
