The importance of fellowship in small groups.

The human condition is bleak. Though many attempt to trumpet the inherent goodness of humanity, the reality of our own relationships, and of the relationships of communities, cities, states, and nations, proves quite the opposite. All of the evil things of the world have flowed out of the hearts of humans. Cleaning up the outside of lives makes us only hypocrites, still in bondage the base desires of our bodies. Jesus' Kiingdom is about God's rule within the lives of those who trust Him. God comes to reside within us. He has promised to give us new lives, eternal life, and new hearts. Hearts of flesh rather than hardened hearts of stone. We ought to continue to pursue Him, to trust Him. Keep on praying, saints! He is able to open deaf ears and make the truth plain.
