In American culture we certainly love food! Many people are on the "see food" diet...if they see it they eat it! Yet, an improper love or even a disdain for food leads to poor health and early death. As we live out the resurrected life we need to participate with God in bringing order to the world. A proper understanding of food in light of the kingdom that is and is not yet will help us to see how the kingdom is made manifest in the here and now!
