The Lord is the same yesterday, today and forever. This is New Testament truth. But it is eternal truth. The Lord who called, redeemed and set Israel apart is the the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. As such, we can learn much from Israel, the Lord's son by covenant. He saved them by his grace and told them how to live--by way of the Torah. As Christians in the 21st Century, God still tells us, his covenant people how to live. Come with the Grace United crew as we see the blessing and curse God has in store for his people, depending on how they respond to his divine ways, his "ancient paths."

Genocide is an unspeakable evil. Full stop. To kill all members of a given group of people is beyond horrendous. But what if God himself gave a command for his people to do this--not only regarding 1 nation but 7? What is up with this? The world is emerging from a physical pandemic. However, in Moses' day, Israel was threatened with a pandemic of their own. It was not physical, but spiritual. It was deadly. Radical action needed to be taken, lest the whole body of Israel die. What was it that needed such drastic attention? What sorts of remedies did Moses prescribe to help them, should the pandemic become realized? Join the Grace United crew as we discover Israel's Spiritual Pandemic.

How can we make the most of God's compassion? 1. Believe in Jesus Christ (Matt 14:13-14; John 6:25-41). 2. Be a channel of the Lord's compassion (Matt 14:15-16). 3. Put everything under the Lord's control (Matt 14:17-18). 4. Follow the Lord's commands (Matt 14:19-21).

If we love Jesus... 1. We should store God's Word in our hearts. 2. We should stand on God's Word. 3. We should start living by God's Word. 4. We should help spread God's Word.

What should we do when a crisis comes? 1. Keep pursuing God's plan for our lives (vs. 18). 2. Keep growing in God's goodness (vs. 18-20). 3. Trust God to guide us forward (vs. 20-23). 4. Trust Christ to take care of us (vs. 21-25). 5. Do what God wants us to do (vs. 24-25).

1. Children: Give honor to your godly parents (vs. 1-3). 2. Parents: Help your children live godly lives (vs. 4).

Jesus wants us... 1. To know He designed government for our good (vs. 21). 2. To recognize the dangers of ungodly government (vs. 15-18). 3. To fulfill our godly duties to government (vs. 18-22). 4. To be fully devoted to God (vs. 16, 18-22).

If we did a survey and asked 100 people what they thought was the most important element in Christianity, we would get at least 10 different answers.
