Jesus's Name is exalted in Ephesus through mighty miracles, demonic recognition and lives seeped in darkness being radically changed.

1. We must speak boldly (vs. 8). (How? - With confidence in the Lord and concern for the lost.) 2. We must speak reasonably (vs. 8-9). 3. We must speak persuasively (vs. 8). 4. We must speak persistently (vs. 9-10).

How can we take the next big step for Jesus? We must: 1. stay on target (vs. 20). 2. Travel (vs. 21). 3. Train other workers (vs. 22). 4. Trust each other (vs. 22). 5. Tarry until our work is done (vs. 22).

1. He can drive out every disease (vs. 8-12). -Miracles come from God's power -Miracles are God's prerogative 2. He can expose His enemies (vs. 13-16). 3. He can transform everyone who turns to Jesus (vs. 16-20). -What happens when people turn their lives over to Jesus? [1] His name will be magnified. [2] His disciples will be multiplied. [3] Our lives will be purified.

Wisdom for Living from the Word of God: 1. Walk in the Way of Christ (vs. 23). 2. Observe our opposition (vs. 23-29). 3. Find help from godly friends (vs. 30-31). 4. Remember the good that government can do (vs. 31-41).

God wants us to: 1. Comprehend His gospel (vs. 1-3). 2. Communicate His gospel (vs. 2-4). 3. Put confidence in His gospel (vs. 5). 4. Have confirmation of His gospel (vs. 6).
