The Church tends to huddle together, enjoying each other's company, & sharing life. But the Holy Spirit wants to spread the good news of the Kingdom and Christ. When persecution hit the Church in Jerusalem, the disciples were forced to flee outward throughout Judea and Samaria. Philip brought the good news to the Samaritans, healing, delivering, and baptizing them. However, they did not receive the Spirit till Peter & John laid hands on them. The Spirit always works outside our neat boxes.

Today, Tristram dives into the passage of John 1:45-51 where Nathanael asks Philip, "Nazareth, Can anything good come out of Nazareth?" We know this answer to be true. In this same way we can ask ourselves, "Can anything good from us as Christians and our faith in Christ?" Philip's response was, "Come & See." It takes our actions to make our faith real to others. They must see our faith lived out.
