John 3:16, Romans 5:6-11, 2 Corinthians 5:14-21, Colossians 1:21-23, 1 Timothy 1:12-17, 1 Timothy 2:3-7, 1 John 4:9-12, Revelation 1:4-7 What did God do? Why did he do it? What do you do about it? God sent his only son to die on the cross, to forgive us of our sins, so that we may have eternal life with the Father. What will you do with that?

Laws and faith

1. There are obstacles Satan puts between us and Jesus every day. 2. God gives every ‘ONE’ opportunity to be saved. 3. God’s objective: TO SAVE EVERYONE WHO WILL. 4. The only ‘safe place’ is at the feet of Jesus (like Zacchaeus)!

We are saved as individuals to be members of a body, who express their God given gifts for each other's blessing, and God's glory, in Love.

Is the idea of "once saved, always saved" true? Who bears the responsibility for keeping the saved in a saved state?

Jesus gave His life as a ransom for ours. He died for our sins. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him. He laid down His life demonstrating the love of God for sinners. Anyone may be rescued from sin, death, hell, judgment, by trusting in Jesus. He, alone, is our hope for redemption. We have no other Savior. He rescues everyone who trusts Him. Let us be a people firmly planted on the solid ground that Jesus died for our sins, was buried, and has been raised from the dead. In order for anyone to be saved, the church (the pillar and buttress of the truth) must be saved. Saved in an ongoing way from apathy, division, and error, having the truth secured within it, the truth that alone sets people free.

Want to understand what Christians mean by salvation? Ephesians 2:1-10 gives a clear explanation of the gospel, including our hopelessness and desperate need for a Savior. It also explains that salvation isn't something we earn, but it is the gift of God.
