Peter describes believers in light of Christ, the cornerstone. He describes us as living stones being set next to the cornerstone, forming a Spiritual house, as well as a priesthood of believers. These truths speak to how each believer should be singularly (Christ-Centered) and dependently (Christ-Dependent) serving God.
