We started life in sin, and our bodies are accustomed to it. But we who died to sin have, through our union with Christ Jesus, both the ability and the responsibility to restrain our bodies and members from the sinful behavior they are accustomed to, and to re-train them as instruments of righteousness, alive from the dead and able to be used by Him for His glory!
