It can be so easy for us in the church to get so caught up in the activities of the church that those activities become an end in themselves. Jesus says in Matthew 28 that the primary mission of the church is to make disciples. The best place for us to start is with the people who are closest to us. Step one in making disciples is to love your neighbors.
