Show many people heard about it that Jesus was in this house that the house became full and no one else could get it. On that day, Jesus was preaching the word, no doubt. He was preaching a message about her and about life, no doubt he was preaching to meet the needs of the people. The people who came to see him through the word. He was trying to Bren mend broken hearts, no doubt. He was reaching through the word of God. The downtrodden.

The house was our was full the doorways were packed, nobody could see through the windows anymore because so many people were around the house.

Standing around this one house, maybe a house just like the size of you and you got all the all the people can look into windows and they're looking at and straining to hear around the doorways, trying to get a glimpse of Jesus, trying to hear the word that he's getting.

And encouragement. But because of the crowd, not one more. Could get close to the house. Not one more person could touch Jesus.

Then Along came a man who is sick.

The Bible says he was sick of the palsy.

He was me, that means he was paralyzed to some degree, it doesn't go in-depth. Whoever he was sick. The Bible says that it took four men to carry his to the house. He was unable to get there by himself. He needed the help of the men but more so he needed the help of Jesus. He needed to get where Jesus was. And I heard that Jesus was in the this particular house.

And it's for Buddies. Full of faith. They knew if they could just get him to Jesus. That Jesus would do something for him.

These men were so full of faith. They needed to get their sick friend to Jesus every way. Every turn.

There was an obstacle in the way of this sick, man from his healing. There was an obstacle that separated this man from that Miracle. There was an obstacle that was between him and the needy in Jesus is savior.

What things do we allow?

To get to God. What causes us to stop short? Could it be? It's just inconvenient.

It's difficult finding Church into my schedule. I work. I got to get the boys and the girls to soccer softball. I think the school system is trying to do something. They already in my personal opinion. Not that. It's just a free day that we can fill the fields up, I think. It's a subliminal way to keep the kids out of church. Just Pastor, Steve, you're talkin. Maybe church is out of the way for you. I want to get to Jesus with the church is too far for me to drive in the morning. I'm just too tired cuz I work. 5 days a week at work. My day was working at home doing all my chores, tired to go to church Sunday. It's supposed to be the day of rest. Baby, if you was just not the right time for you.

If church was at a different time, maybe I could go.

If they just didn't have church so often they DP.

It's just not the right time. Are you feeling me?

Let me tell you. That you need to get to Jesus where he is, wherever he is and I know he's in this house. There's no excuse for not being in church. In fact, the Bible says that staying home from church. Is just one of the signs of the Rapture is ready to happen. Coming from Hebrews 10. Now listen, I'm back up. What I say. Alright not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some in his buttocks. Jordan one another and some more day approaching It's in the book. It's in this book. Push the obstacles out of your way. You're laughing less than the 5-yard line you're there. You want to win, you want to score. Is it possible to be where he is?

And you still have an obstacle. That's keeping you from him. Is he just being in the same house is Never Enough you much. You must touch Jesus for yourself. Is he just being in the same room?

You must have reached Jesus for yourself. Is he just being in the same church? Building is never enough. If you don't reach out and touch him for yourself. You are the players.

Yes, the team may have gotten you here. The Evangelist may have preached the word on the street and you said let me check this out.

We never touched Jesus because of this obstacle. when you hear, when you are so close the 2nd, This yards are turning two feet that are turning to inches. You're so close. But something is creating and I'm still keeping you away anything or anyone to keep you from your Lord and Savior. Jesus Christ. You see, these men didn't let anything keep them from getting to Jesus. The crowds the full windows, the Full House, the full doors, they were determined to get the Jesus, they were going to do it.

and that's usually, When we get the answer, we need. If you're listening. it's when we are determined to get to Jesus,

Bonnaroo. And they started tearing the roof apart, and they wanted to make a hole.

Jesus is in the house today.

The people aren't peeking in the windows yet or aren't feeling up all the pews yet. Yes.

And I do pray that when it does happen, people don't call about a roof and build a hole. But stick with me here. They let this sick man, down through the hole that they opened up in the roof. And they lowered him right to Jesus.

And that's when Jesus healed.

It was because Jesus was in the house and they got the sick man to Jesus kind of a crazy way. but,

I'm glad to know that Jesus is in this Sanctuary today. I'm glad to know that she's just as in this house today.

And we want to know.

And we want him to know. That we want them in this church.

And we do that through our praise and we do that by our worship. And we do that by our teaching.

and when Jesus is in the house, there is power. There is life. There is hope. There is healing. There is Miracles. There is salvation. Needs are met.

Anyting. I should say everything you need. If Jesus is in this house. There is nothing. Nothing that is impossible.

You put the limitations on your own brain. You will be your worst enemy. At work. I I tell the guys at Ed trash. You're stopping yourself from becoming better. You're putting the doubts in your mind. The system is there. The process is there. We know what to do. Why don't we do it?

You see without Jesus, this is just another building.

One that looks like a church. You see it's not you were me. That makes a difference. It's not Pastor, it's not lady p. It's Jesus, that will attract the people here and it's Jesus, that will help fill up this building. Jesus is in this house. Jesus is here right now. But we also want him to stay here. We must be careful to keep him here.

Let's keep Jesus here by our worship. Our praise and our prayer. When you put your head down pillow at night, thank Jesus for the day.

And ask him to fill up new life. Ask him for the strength to tell your people, your college, your friends, the people you meet in the grocery store the people you meet in the mall. Tell him about Jesus say, hey, there's a nice little church where they preach the word of God. They have fun in church.

They left the Worship. They love to praise. They love to pray.

We all need prayer more than ever. We cannot make it without the prayer. These are perilous times. Have you listen to the news? Do those school systems? Pray for your kids. And pray for the teachers and the board and the parents that are going to go in and try to change the board to make it right. My Lord.

Strange times. Pray for your kids. We will all make it through by prayer If my people which are called by my name, shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their Wicked Ways. Then I will hear from heaven and I will forgive their sin. And will heal their land. Are we praying enough? Are we seeking the face of Lord enough?

We also need to evangelize.

We must make this a house of evangelist. We must be our own cheerleaders. Listen, I hit everybody up.

Tell people.

If no one comes to Christ, you did your job as a Christian, you told people about the Lord. Let the Holy Ghost and Jesus take over from there.

We've got the opportunity. We've got the opportunity to walk the streets. We got the opportunity. We give away school. Backpacks, we give away clothes and we give away food. We got socks.

Let's get out and give them away. It takes time. Takes your time. It takes your effort but if we can cheer, if we can root, if we can get on our feet, if we can smile, if we can give each other. High-fives.

Create the energy in and we will be there. Create the energy, it'll be fun to create the energy and will meet new people. The song show must be a house of Salvation. This must be a place where Souls can be saved. This must be a place where the people can come to Christ. Can be introduced to Christ. Let them fall in the ground and let them cry. Be there with your hands, supporting them praying for them. Say, brother sister. If you know, Jesus will help you through.

This must be a Soul Saving church. This is a Pentecostal church. We don't sit in our future.

Praise the Lord, be honest own up to it. Repent come together as a family unit work together and you will get through it. It's so much easier than doing it on your own. Salvation, this needs to be a house of hope. Things will get better for me to get better for this church. This is a church where miracles happen.

The dead shall hear all manners of disease. Can be healed in this church Miracles will happen here. We should be the church with healing Worship in church. This must be a praising Church. And God loves the Praises of the people. We Must Praise Him in the good times as well as Praise Him in the bad time we will get you through. We Must Praise Him when you are on the mountain top We Must Praise Him. When were in the valley struggling. And his Praises shall continually be in my mouth. This should be a place where the Lord hears our praises. And as good as all that is. Before anything else can happen. It first. Must be a church, a prayer and evangelist. It must be a house of prayer and evangelism. If Jesus is to stay in his house, it must be a house of prayer and evangelism.

Before this house can be a house in Salvation is must be a house of prayer and evangelism. Miracles evangelism, praise healing and Hope.

It must be a house of prayer for Jesus to stay in this church. I wonder if anybody has a need in their life today. I wonder if anybody has a problem. That, you can't talk. I wonder if there's a situation that you're up against and struggling with, I've got good news for you cuz Jesus in this house. I wonder if you feel like you've been in a long dark tunnel with no side I like yet. I wonder if there is sickness that someone is badly today. I wonder if someone is dealing with a broken heart today. I wonder if dealing someone is dealing with a broken life today.

I have good news for you.

I can feel the presence. He's already.

All you have to do is just open up your heart.
