English Standard Version (Chapter 4)
8 Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. 9 What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me—practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

I have a tendency to be very hard on myself. This doesnt help when I get down about my life.
Train yourself to think good thoughts when the bad thoughts rush in. We need our mind on good things, all things start with out mindset. Our mind can be a force for good!

A Living Sacrifice

12 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. 2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.

What are some practices that you do that help with your thoughts?
We need routines that help us get into the right mindset.
What are your routines?
