If left for other than employment or health reasons
COVID in some instances became the expressed reason for deeper unspoken concerns, some of which are valid. Others are not. In the final analysis, our goal should be to understand those who left rather and seek to pull back.
In very few congregations do those who leave do those who leave feel free to share all of their reasons for leaving.
