So what needs to we bring to God?
Notice it’s the prayer of righteous man.
Notice the word fervently, with passion, consistent not casual
He doesn’t say the Lord will heal from the suffering
God doesn’t always remove our situation, or answer the prayer with the answer we want

“Prayer is a Trinitarian exercise” - RC Sproul.
We pray through Christ (aware that he’s our intercessor, carries our prayers to the father).
We address God the Father, but we come to the father through the High Priest (son).
Also, the Holy Spirit has been sent to help apply the work of redemption, assisting us in praying as we ought.
Invoking demonstrates how prayer works, if you have a need, you need all of God.
Do you feel like you need that job issue -> you need all of God to provide that answer
Do you need to pray for a health concern -> you need all of God to provide that answer
Do you have a worry, bring it to God and trust in Him to answer

Why do you bring your needs to God, knowing He is Sovereign, and in his Sovereignty, he may not answer the prayer the way you desire?
