Verse 6, "Oh come let us worship ..." Psalm 96.9, "Oh worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness! .." Psalm 99.5, "Exalt the LORD our God, and worship at His footstool; For He is holy."
The Hebrew word [shachah] / Sha ha] translated "worship" means "to bow down ... to bend low .. to prostrate oneself." To "prostrate" means to touch your forehead to the ground ... a gesture representing total submission!
Now when you put all of that together ... to worship is to fall down before God in awe of who He is and what He's done! To bend low .. to bow down .. to prostrate yourself physically and mentally and emotionally and spiritually.

You say, I cannot physically prostrate myself on the ground, and if I did, it would take several people to help get me up." Well .. the posture of your body is not as important as the posture of your heart!
