Fall of Christian heroes
Why? Pride.
How to navigate platforms
Character over Gifts
Fame isn’t bad.
How do Christians handle platforms?
Be impressed with God
Otherwise the praise will mean more to you than what God says about you
Be Honest with God
Tell Him how much you love praise, let Him fill those spaces
Be invested in your community
There will be no better place for you to work out these things.
Share your platform
It helps you not make things about you.

Giftedness does not always equate to a person’s character

The Lord and the local community are vital. Be encouraged, but they aren’t Jesus.

Fame isn’t Bad.

Luke 5:15-16 “But the news about him spread even more, and large crowds would come together to hear him and to be healed of their sicknesses. Yet he often withdrew to deserted places and prayed.”
When Jesus’ fame grew, He constantly disappeared to be with God.
