The light of the world

Matt 5: 14-16 “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”

phil 2:15 “That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;”

we need to show the world the true Jesus

prov 4:18 “But the path of the just is as the shining light, That shineth more and more unto the perfect day.”

we cannot hide who we are in God

The world needs God in an hour like this

1peter 2:12 “Having your conversation honest among the Gentiles: that, whereas they speak against you as evildoers, they may by your good works, which they shall behold, glorify God in the day of visitation.”

there is a story in the light that all men need to know and it is our job to tell it

luke 14:23 “And the lord said unto the servant, Go out into the highways and hedges, and compel them to come in, that my house may be filled.”

The anointing that lives in Jesus must live in us so that we are able to compel the lost to come unto Jesus
