Baptism is an outward expression of an internal act. You must believe in your heart before you can express with your mouth that Jesus is the Lord of your life. Many of us can recall the day we first believed. Even more can recall the day we confessed. Baptism creates a moment in time for all who witness to remember your commitment to a life with Christ as your lead.
