I was made for communion with Christ

Question: Have you found it difficult to find a quite place?

Psalm 91:1 “1 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

Solomon is on a mission to show us a better way

ecc 4:6 “6 Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.”

Ecc 4:9 “9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.”

Ecc 4:13 “13 Better is a poor and a wise child than an old and foolish king, who will no more be admonished.”

Solomon is walkng through life, maybe in disguise like Undercover Boss, and seeing how people live.

Solomon looks every where but up

Where is the focus of your life?

If it is anywhere but Jesus you are on the same walk as Solomon.

Balance is Better

Ecc 4:6 “6 Better is an handful with quietness, than both the hands full with travail and vexation of spirit.”

You could also say “completeness”

Spinning the right plates without spinning out of control.

Quietness is the commitment to sit still and listen to God allowing Him to lead you.

Relationships are Better

Ecc 4:9 “9 Two are better than one; because they have a good reward for their labour.”

Your schedule can be full but your life not.

Fear can often be leading your frenzy.

Wisdom is Better

Ecc 4:13 “13 Better is a poor and a wise child than an old and foolish king, who will no more be admonished.”

The Secret Place

It is where God restors your soul.
