Psalm 107:1-16.......

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so......
The true redemption of mankind deserves a great response! No greater words have been spoken to the redeemed than these!
You have been delivered....say so!
A writer wrote that Jesus spoke of the things nearest and dearest to His heart.....Matthew 7:28-29 “And it came to pass, when Jesus had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine: For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.”
There was authority in in Jesus’ teaching because of the belief that He had in them. The authenticity and the conviction of what He taught was from His heart and was produced in the outward.
Matthew 12:34-35 “O generation of vipers, how can ye, being evil, speak good things? for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. A good man out of the good treasure of the heart bringeth forth good things: and an evil man out of the evil treasure bringeth forth evil things.”
Has Jesus delivered you from the hand of the enemy? If so, let your heart speak!
Twice in this Psalm, the writer sighs “Oh that men would praise the Lord for His goodness and for His wonderful works to the children of men.
Even in rebellion, the Lord allowed their lives to be filled labor and the fell, with as though there was none to help.....but they cried unto the Lord and He saved them!
Let the redeemed say so!!!!!!
One writer wrote that Christians ought to be demonstrative because they are redeemed......Scripture records that we are redeemed from bondage, from the curse of the law, from the enemy, that their soul and life are redeemed; that they are not redeemed with corruptible things as silver and gold but with the precious blood of Jesus Christ!
That demonstration ought to be by word of mouth, heart, and act of life.
The Lord brought us out of darkness and snapped our chains.......I must think if there is no joy found in this truth to someone that says that they believe, I would wonder if they were true believers at all.
I am not being judgmental, however if there is not a realization of our deliverance and that our joy hinges upon something else happening then I would have to wonder if there is a reason for your hope.....
1 Peter 3:15 “But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:”
1 Peter 2:5-10........This is the reason for our hope......
Once in darkness, now in a Marvelous Light
Once without mercy, but now have obtained mercy
This is enough to show forth our praise to God through Jesus Christ our Lord
Going back to verse 6-7....to him that believes shall not be put to shame!
