Disciple is not a disciple without love

You cannot know God or have God and without love (1 John 3:10-15; 4:7-8)

Love is a fruit of the Spirit (Galatians 5:22) (fruit comes without work)

Love toward others and God is a result of the revelation of the love of God toward us.

Love is of more value than gifts (1 Corinthians 13:1-3)

The greatest commandment is love (Matthew 22:36-40)

Commandment of Jesus (John 15:12,13,17)

Love is fulfillment of the law (Romans 13:8-10) 5 ~ others; 4 ~ God; 1 ~ us.

You will never rise higher than your level of love toward people

Spiritual gifts are for the benefit of people. If we don’t want to benefit them we don’t need them.

Love is a the strongest weapon

God won us with love not fear.

Love will tear down the walls and will allow them to open to us.

There is a need for love (Proverbs 19:22)

Business operates the best if it fulfills the needs of people.

That is why teenagers do what they do.

Many of the teenagers do not feel loved.

Many of the teenagers do not fell loveable.

Many of the teenagers do not understand the true love (not emotion, not lust)

What is love?

Love is God.

1 Corinthians 13

Love is value, recognition, respect, worth, importance, significance, to listen, to honor, to believe, not to see mistakes, discipline.

Love is a sacrifice. It’s not true love if it’s doesn’t costs you anything.

Motive for love.

Not because of what they did, will do, can do, physical appearance.

Not because of we need want bigger cell or church.

Because God in us loves them.

Because of who they are ~ creation of God.

Because we were loved, unconditionally, in spite of ourselves.

Communicating the LOVE...

Words they are cheap if not backed up with works

Works (God’s love is demonstrated) (pray, phone call, email, letter, note, visit, birthdays, time, compliment)

Speak the language of love of the people.

Holy Spirit wants to fill the empty tank with God = Love. (Romans 5:5)
