Driver leads others by the way he controls his car
You shouldn’t control anyone’s live but your own
You should first lead by example (1 Pet.5:3)
Your driving affects your leading
The more people you lead the more costly are your mistakes
In leading remember to leave space for others to follow
Your success is determined by who and how close you can follow
The closer the safer: no tickets for following up too close but accidents could occur if you don’t
Only great followers become great leaders
Unless you’re touching the bumper of Jesus they wouldn’t
Unless you’re touching the bumper of leader they wouldn’t touch yours
“Follow Me and I will make you become fishers of men” Mark 1:17
Who you follow will determine who you will become
Your leader is the future you
How you follow will determine who you will become
“They immediately left their nets…” Mark 1:18
Follow diligently like Elisha followed Elijah
Only those who follow Christ their cells/ministries become winners of souls
Caleb; lesson from the dog life (Num.14:24; 32:11-12; Deut.1:36; Joshua 14:8-9, 14)
Caleb – the dog
Dog always stays near to the Master
Dog follows the Master without questioning
Imitate the heavenly pattern
Building a dwelling place of God (Ex.25:8-9)
Heavenly pattern is seen on the mountain with God and is build off the mountain with people (Ex.24:12-18)
Success is not dependable on what you can do but on what you see Him do
Jesus said nothing but what He heard (John 8:28, 38)
Jesus did nothing but what He saw (John 5:17, 19)
Call upon and I will answer you “show you great things which you don’t know” (Jer.33:3)
