Prepare laborers for harvest (Mt.9:37-38)

Areas of preparation:

Prayer – 1hr. for leaders; 30min. for disciples

Word – 1/2yr. for leaders; 1yr. for disciples

Spiritual getaway – few days a month

Evangelism – few people a week

Spiritual warfare (Mt.12:29)
