The proof of my relationship with God

We can’t be satisfied to love God more then something we should pursue to love Him only (Mt.4:10)

Four types of people:

Those who love themselves only

Those who love themselves more then God

Those who love God more then themselves

Those who love God only

Instead of loving God only we are satisfied with loving Him more then sin (Mt.6:24)

The fact that we love God more then sin means we love sin

Try to love two girls at the same time? What would happen if they find out?

If God wouldn’t have been asking us to love Him only that would mean that we were not the only ones He loved

The fact that God expects us to love Him only means that we are the ones He only loves

Why does He love me so much?

When you think of someone always that means you love or hate them

Cross is the only proof of God’s love for us (Rom.5:8)

How do I know that God loves me?

God’s love gives and takes away

Discipline is the evidence of God’s love (Heb.12:6 ~ parents)

God’s love removes the good and brings best

If God loved you when you were a sinner why wouldn’t He love you as a saint?

If God paid priceless price for salvation when you didn’t ask for it why wouldn’t He grand your request? (Rom.8:32)

The hardest thing to the Lord is not to answer your prayer but to save you

Obedience is the only proof of your love for God (John 14:21, 23-24)

How do I know that I love God?

To love God is first and great commandment (Mt.22:37)

Going to school doesn’t mean you love school

Obedience is the measuring stick of our love for God

Your love for God as big as your obedience to His commandments

Disobedience is the greatest revelation of love toward self

Obedience is better then sacrifice (1Sam.15:22-23)

Saul didn’t love God and disobedience revealed that

Abraham loved God and obedience revealed that

No sacrifice can match up with obedience

God is impressed with obedience but people are impressed with sacrifice

To God disobedience and witchcraft is the same

Level of obedience determines the level of blessing (Deut.28)

Anything you are withholding from God, you are withholding from yourself

The more you withhold from God the more He withholds from you
