Taking A Lamb Out Of Lion’s Mouth
1 Samuel 17:34-36; 1 Peter 5:8 God’s blueprint of dealing with looses of life God’s strategy for recovery and restoration
Taking back a generation from the enemy David kept his father’s sheep. This generation is God’s Father’s sheep not his own If you are the son you have to keep the sheep – win and disciple Before you can reach your calling you must do your purpose Lion took the lamb out of the flock. Lion took Adam out of garden, generation out of church David wasn’t passive but aggressive. David went after the enemy for he loved the sheep If you want the sheep back you will have to face the enemy in the battle Lion will arise against you in the battle but his defeat is already promised
Taking back a nation from the enemy (Exodus 3:10) Moses fled the mean lion monster but wanted deliverance for Israel God commanded Moses to go after the lion and face him and take the lamb out of his mouth Lion came against Moses 10 times but Moses struck it and killed it at the end
Taking back family and finances from the enemy (1 Samuel 30:1-2, 8, 17-20) Lion came against his family and finances and took everything David did what he would always do, go after the lion to take the lamb David battled with the lion and overcame him and recovered everything he has lost Taking back the house from the enemy (Matthew 12:29-30) Lion is the strong man, lamb is his house If you want the lamb or the house you have to face the lion or the strong man It’s only after overcoming the strong man that you can recover what he has taken
