Purity is a path upon which relationships travel Romantic relationships are affected by your purity (porn, previous partners, brokenhearted heart, affairs) Relationship with God is affected by your purity (Matt.5:8; Ps.24:4)

Purity is keeping your underwear on Underwear is under wear. It’s before jeans. Underwear is private not public issue Purity is inward not outward, private not public, about being not doing, heart not actions Purity is not virginity, state of being unmarried, or not dating Clean hands and pure hearts. Hands are public but heart is private (Ps.24:4) Pure heart will produce clean hands but clean hands could never produce pure heart Samson – Delilah took his heart. Solomon – woman took his wife. Pharisees – virgins, clean tombs.

Presence of God is the purpose of purity Purity has a price. Dirtiness is cheap Purity attracts purity. Dogs don’t care if plate is pure Purity brings presence and presence brings purity Purity allows God to stay in you not just visit you (clean house)
