STOP INVITING GOD IN - God can’t bless what He cursed

Zedekiah wanted God to deliver Jerusalem like he did with Hezekiah God punishes sin. Proof of that is all around you Sin offends God even if it doesn’t hurt no one Problem with sin is not that is destroys your life is that it angers God. God is consuming, holy, jealous God You sin against God not just against your parents, conscience, wife, children, or country Pharaoh, Judah, Saul said “I have sinned” You can’t invite Jesus in. God invites you out

God was working on getting Israel from Egypt, instead, Israel working on getting God into Egypt Prodigal son didn’t invite his dad into his pig pit Lot wanted God to change Sodom so that he didn’t have to leave but God couldn’t be invited into Sodom

GOD IS INVITING YOU OUT – Leave Jerusalem and cleave Babylon Zedekiah tried to run away from Jerusalem without surrendering to Babylon Zedekiah was afraid to surrender for his life When you get caught you’re too late to surrender. There would be day in your late when it will be too late Zedekiah lost his sons, princes, eyes, freedom until death

Sunday morning December 1941 Japan attacked Pearl Harbor. On September 2, 1945 World War II officially ended cause Japan signed complete and unconditional surrender to Allied powers. US – led economic recovery plan. Japan recovered from Hiroshima and Nagasaki and now is of the most productive and peaceful countries in the world.

God is ready to take full responsibility for a person that is fully surrendered to Him
