Abundant life is you dying for heaven to come to you Jesus dying so that you can live, and you dying so that Jesus can live (no longer i) Sanctification is (not American dream) Jesus having more of you, so that you have more of Him Jesus doesn’t have grain (destiny), you don’t have sheep, money, and land (ipod, myspace, playstation, tv, time, friends)

Son – had eternal life but lived miserable life. Abundant life wouldn’t come to you…you go to it…and pay a price Israel – were God’s chosen people, but lived in Egypt. Give up Egypt and go to promise land – pay the price

Why you need to get saved? God loves you You are empty You are going to hell cause you will need to pay for your sin. Repent not just ask for forgiveness
