Wages of Sin is Death

Romans 6:23

Sin is to miss the mark. One thing you have in common with Hitler is both of you missed it Sin in actions, words, attitudes, thoughts, motives. God doesn’t grade sin God’s silence is not God’s approval. It’s not like drinking water, it’s like drinking poison.

Sin is work, hell is paycheck It’s pleasant. It’s tiring and keeps us busy Hell is the check, reward for hard working of sin What in hell do you want that you’re working for hard for it? It’s not fair for God not to send you to hell for all the hard you you’ve been doing

Jesus preached on hell 33 times. Once a month Hell is lonely, torment, darkness, warms, fire, weeping, gnashing of teeth, eternal – never ending Compared to cosmic garbage dumb

God is our judge and also the offended party Sin is not just any crime, it’s direct crime against God (David’s sin wasn’t against God Ps.51:4) God has the responsibility and good motive to punish you for what you’ve done God let Jesus take the punishment that you’ve committed against Him not someone else Our sin affects God a lot deeper than people, adultery, her husband and your wife

Jesus’ death wasn’t quick Betrayal, thorns, scourging, beating, spitting, carrying cross, hanging, speared, 6 hours of torture Quick death wasn’t enough to pay for our rebellion, it required brutal, bloody, severe death
