Today the whole world is vying for our attention and energy, but none of it leads to life. But there is one who leads to life eternal and the present abundant life. Jesus! So, just like the early church, we can devote ourselves to scripture because it can guide us in who we follow and who we influence. Leading us to life and sharing that life with others. This is the teaching we are talking about.
