Ephesians 6:10-18

We are soldiers not slaves

Put on the armor, not get the armor. It’s the gift, but our responsibility is to put it on us Put on the WHOLE armor…don’t leave nothing out of the grace God given to you ☺

We are not fighting against people, we are fighting for them Don’t be passionate about fighting with people – LOSS. Fighting about your blessing brings VICTORY When Goliath fell, people fled….superman….idol….hero….champion…. When walls fell, it was not time to shout but time to fight ☺ (PRAYER CLIP)

God’s armor doesn’t remove evil days, it just let’s you stand in them Evil day – it only should last for the day, not DAYS…..

Put that armor closer to you….attach it to you…make it part of you….don’t have it loosed

Tighten Your Belt. Jesus is the center of my life. Jesus secures my life

Wear Bullet Proved Vest. Your breast is not bullet proved. You’re not perfect, that doesn’t mean you should not wear breastplate. It’s doctrine but armor. It’s not for shelves to be studied, but to be worn. It’s a gift, put it on you. It’s to stand before God & Satan.

Put Your Helmet On. “Paul Maxim, 36, suffered skull fracture, June 18, 2009, at Ranney Skate Park, he died on 20th, - his death could have been avoided officials said” “Girl, 11, knocked unconscious after falling into the path of the car, wheels went over her arm, top of her helmet, but she escaped with swollen elbow and bruised face” There is difference between having and wearing a helmet. Having is eternal life, wearing it is blessing for now. Salvation protects your head from doubt and your mind from. Salvation is gift, not wage; received, not earned.

Put Your Shoes On. Slaves didn’t have shoes, it’s only for sons. Shoes bring comfort. To help with movement not for appearance. You can’t walk very far without good shoes. Shoes of Gospel of Peace, Gospel of Kingdom, Gospel of Jesus – Good News. Have Gospel Mindset Everywhere you GO! God has good news to everyone you meet….

Hold Your Shield. We don’t wear it, we hold it. You move the shield with the attack. Shield protects your body. Shield protects your armor. Shield will not stop the enemy from shooting but you from getting hurt. The greatest shame was to lose a shield not a field. It was an honor to die with the shield. Tortoise (tawr-tuh s) Formation – 27 soldiers combine together. 6 in front. 7 in each of 3 rows. Outside would interlock their shields vertically. The insiders would form roof with theirs. They would have chariots go over them in training.

Hold Your Sword. It’s sharpener than any other sword. It’s not stick but sword. God’s word backed up the Spirit. Sword is for close combat, not long range combat. Gods word is inspired for equipping of every good work
