Exodus 14:13-14

Future is dim, past is bright

Future is far, past is near

Future is impossible, past is easy

Israel's biggest enemy was not Pharaoh but fear.

1. Fear is natural and demonic

- Jesus' reply to Peter. Satan is mindful of things of man (Mark 8:33)

- Fear is a spirit (2 Timothy 1:7)

- Fear is more deceptive then Satan himself

2. Fear changes your focus

- You forget faithfulness of God

3. Fear changes your confession

- It makes you pray more, praise less

- Don't let book depart (Joshua 1:8). Power of life and death is in your mouth (Proverbs 18:21). Zachariah was mute (Luke 1:19). As you said, so I will do (Numbers 14:28). Let the weak say I am strong (Joel 3:10)

4. Fear will NEVER change your situation, it only complicate it

- Only faith changes situation

- Fear creates mountains, only faith can move them

- Millions have submitted to their fears while their heart longs for a miracle

5. We are COMMANDED not to fear, it's not an option

- Same breath that said DO NOT STEAL

- To live in fear is to live in disobedience to God

- To live in faith is to live in obedience to God, it pleases God

6. Opening of EYES of FAITH is silencing of our Fears.

- Faith can be small, dead, great, weak, but not BLIND

- Faith lets you see beyond visible into invisible

- We have word of faith, spirit of faith, measure of faith to live life of faith.

- The clearer sight of heaven we will have, the less we shall fear the calamities of the earth

- If God brought you to it, He will bring you through it (I did not bring myself here, God did)

- God did not bring them to drown them but to drown the enemy (I will get, but my problem to stay back)

- Where God is going take you, your enemy can't follow (go into the unknown, step into the impossible)

- God will provide boat, fish, pieces, walk, divide but never let you drown
