1 Samuel 30:8
Matthew 11:12
Jesus is the Son of David, the true King (born, died, preached, coming back)
David chosen by God. Saul chosen by people. David giver. Saul taker.
Satan’s kingdom looks victorious but it’s doomed.
Saul defeated 3 times. Seals, Trumpets, Bowls! Momentum - speeding toward cliff.
We don’t feel sorry for satan, it’s bad day to be close to him, his son.
Follow God’s kingdom when it’s not popular. (Nero and Peter)
Saul still ruled though he was dethroned.
When Saul was headed to his ultimate defeat, David was headed into his greatest victory.
Victory did not start with victory - it started with huge loss.
No victory without a battle - battle is sour, victory is sweet.
1. Victory starts with the vision, not improvements.
Without vision people perish - Samson went in circles, Bartemaus sat on side.
Vision is clear. Repeated. Everything works for that vision.
Missionary vision produces results. Worship God, protect culture, please older people.
Souls can’t be department!
2. Sacrifice leads to success.
Father sacrificed. Jesus sacrificed. Spirit sacrifices. Disciples gave up their life.
Success without work in dictionary.
it’s not about how much you give but how much sacrifice is in your giving.
We can’t imitate someone’s strategy if you did not imitate their spirit. If you copy my works but not imitate my faith, you will fail.
Catch the spirit of giving, the vision for giving - not the amount!
3. Power comes through prayer.
Jesus defeated devil on personal level - praying man will stop sinning. Vision gives prayer a aim. Vision gives sacrifice a cause. Simon - reed. peter - rock. Jesus called him Peter but when he is sleeping called Simon. Prayer is legal right. Sin is satan’s legal right. Isaiah 62:7
4. Expecting supernatural.
Desire gifts, don’t criticize. Honey, bees, and their diet. (David did not attack)
Jesus came out of John’s baptism.
Miracles start small - dove, leading, one exorcism, but grows. New must become NORM.
Constantine made Christianity popular - let Spirit do His job!
