RENEWED LIKE AN EAGLE

Eagle is nesher is to “tear with the beak”. 7 feet width wings. Talons 4 times stronger than hand. Live 15-20 years.

One facet of the face of God is an eagle face which each of the four living creatures named as Cherubim had. Eagle represents royalty of God. We are “royal” priesthood as well. 32 times mentioned.

1. Eagles mate for life. (Pray for single moms and single people)

Dating without intent of getting married is like going shopping without money. You either leave unhappy or with something that isn’t yours.

You have to test before trusting. Commitment is as important as chemistry.

2. Eagles fly without flapping. (Problems turn to promotion)

If you use your faith - the storm will lift you higher. David, 3 hebrew boys!

Faith is flying, not flopping; it’s trusting, not trying; it’s surrendering, not striving.

3. Eagles live above ground. (Mental moving to new location)

Your address is where your body lives, your attitude is your mind lives. Are you an eagle living in the barn or in the cage? Setting our minds on things above (Col 3:1-2).

Don’t live where you lost! Move!!!

4. Eagles have incredible sight. (Pray for your vision and dreams)

Vision without action is a daydream. Action without vision is a nightmare. (Flying blind)

5. Eagles diet (Addictions to movies, ungodly movies, drugs, alcohol, games) (4-5 books a month, average person 1 book, 60% only get through 1st chapter)

You can’t fly like an eagle and eat like a chicken! (Adam was eagle, needed proper diet)

If you change your diet, God will shape your destiny. (you are what you eat - don’t be a dog; toilet water looks clean, don’t take what you justify, take what is just)

6. Eagles train their young

God is interested in you living out your convictions, not comforts. In your faith zone, not safe zone. You are thinking about donkey, God is talking about destiny! Your calling is outside of your comfort!

Eagle flies faster than eaglets fall.

7. Eagle renew their feathers. (molting process which brings pain, removing calcium deposits in eagles talons “taluhn” and beak - walk like a turkey in the valley, others drop meat)

You lost desire to fight and live - it can be renewed.

You ran with men and got tired. Jer.12:5

Fire never burned.
