Facts about the body
If you are an adult of average weight, here is what you accomplish in 24 hours:
⁃ your heart beats 103689 times
⁃ your blood travels 168,000,000 miles
⁃ you breathe 23040 times
⁃ you inhale 438 cubic feet of air
⁃ you eat 3.25 pounds of food
⁃ you drink 2.9 quarts of liquids
⁃ you lose 7/8 pounds of waste
⁃ you speak 4800 words, including some unnecessary ones
⁃ you move 750 muscles
⁃ your nails grow .000046 inch
⁃ your hair grows .01714 inch
⁃ you exercise 7,000,000 brain cells
My body belongs to God. He created it.
Jesus paid for my body when He died on the cross (1 Corinthians 6:20)

Divine health is as important as divine healing
Divine healing is from Christ, divine health is from choices

Pillar #1 Drink water
Body 70%; Lungs 90%; Brain 95%; Skin 80%; Bones 24%; Muscle 75%; Blood 85%;
Benefits
1. Receives fatigue
2. Improves mood
3. Treats headaches and migraines
4. Helps in digestion and constipation
5. Aids weight loss
6. Flushes out toxins
7. Regulates body temperature
8. Promotes healthy skin
9. Prevents join paints and arthritis
10. Increases metabolism
Pillar #2 Healthy eating
Gluttony is sin. Eve, Esau, Israel, Sodom & Gomorrah ate themselves out of their blessing. Jesus tempted with food.
Most unhealthy foods: high sugar cereals, sugary coffee drinks, canned soup, margarine, soda, processed lunch meats, ice cream and frozen French fries.

Pillar #3 Active living
Benefits: controls weight, boosts brainpower, melts away stress, gives energy, fights off sickness, creates stronger heart, reduce biomarkers of aging, improve eye sight, 10 minutes a day can make a difference. Crank the stereo and dance in your living room. Sign up for swing dancing or ballroom-dancing lessons. Walk to the park with your kids or a neighbor you’d like to catch up with. Jump rope or play hopscotch. Spin a hula hoop. Play water volleyball. Bike to work. Jump on a trampoline. Go for a hike. Have more sex, European study found that men who had sex less than once a month were twice as likely to die in a 10-year follow-up period as those who had sex at least twice a week.
Pillar #4 Restorative sleep
Best sleep is between 10-2 highest levels of melatonin are circulating in your brain.
Short sleep: 27% higher risk of obesity, 48% of hearth disease, 5 times higher risk of diabetes, 20% of accidents due to sleep (100k/year), 1,500 deaths, 71k injuries, 32% reduced alertness with 1.5 less sleep, like drunk driving <5 hours of sleep as bad as 5% blood-alcohol
Pillar #5 Positive attitude
Stress left unchecked can contribute to many healthy problems such as high blood pressure, hearth disease, obesity and diabetes. Laughter relaxes your body, leaving your muscles relaxes up to 45 minutes, releases endorphins, protects the heart, boosts immunity, lowers stress.
