Jesus is the Lamb of God (John 1:29) and the Baptizer with the Holy Spirit (John 1:25-34)

Jesus gives eternal life and abundant life. (John 10:10)

Eternal life does not exist outside of salvation.

Abundant life does not exist outside of the Spirit.

1. Jesus was conceived and born by Spirit. (Luke 1:35; John 3:5)

Salvation provides relationship with the Holy Spirit. Indwelled. Sealed.

You can have relationship without intimacy!!!

Intimacy: Awareness. Attention. Affection.

2. Jesus was filled by Spirit. (Matthew 3:16; Ephesians 5:18)

It’s a command. Sealed must lead to be filled. Emptiness caused by absence of intimacy.

3. Jesus was led by the Spirit. (Matthew 4:1; Romans 8:14)

Leading of the Spirit will always be result of being filled with the Spirit.

4. Jesus was sustained by the Spirit. (Matthew 4:4; Ephesians 6:17)

Spirit leads you to wilderness. Scriptures get you through wilderness.

Don’t complain, confess.

Devil has no stamina.

5. Jesus was empowered by the Spirit. (Luke 4:14; Acts 1:8)

Words of knowledge…gastritis. Neck pain.

Tongues

- Jesus spoke of it

- Disciples experienced

- Cornelius Paul and etc

- 600 million Christians

- Spirit fills you speak, you speak that the spirit fills!!!
