Prayer is not garbage dump. God is everywhere present. Three kinds of prayer: Heathen, Hypocrite or Kids

PRAYER PATTERN

When all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, “You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased.” Luke 3:21-22

a. Prayer must be birthed out of obedience.

b. Prayer opens the heaven.

c. Prayer brings the Holy Spirit.

d. Prayer is when God speaks.

Hearing God’s voice is more important than to getting what you need.

If you follow this, you might still have same problem but you will not be the same person.

PERIL OF PRAYERLESSNESS

Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us. Romans 8:34

Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them. Hebrews 7:25

Jesus praying in heaven for you does very little for you if you don’t pray! Jesus is the one who prays for you but satan is the one who prays against you.

And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.” Luke 22:31-32

a. When we don’t pray, we will stray

b. When we don’t pray, we live out of emotion instead of devotion.

c. When we don’t pray, we warm ourselves at wrong fire. Leads to empty nets. Breakfast with Jesus or to church in Revelation He came to have dinner.

POWER OF PRAYER

If you don’t spend time with Jesus and you are a believer, you have NO IDEA who Jesus is and who you are!

Esther had the biggest problem DEATH. She was not invited (Draw near to Me). She is not just JEWISH she is also WIFE! Fasting for women vs feasting for women.

When you cannot find answers. Find God. Who you are in more important than what you are going through! Second after death all what we worry will not matter.

a. His presence drowns your fears.

b. His presence puts the enemy on his knees.

c. His presence reverses the plot of the enemy.

Enemy had all planned out, but he did not know who ester was.

Even if your life does not change, you will never remain the same.

Prayer Points

Father God I confess and repent of my lack of desire for prayer. Holy Spirit, fill me with the spirit of supplication and grace. In the name of Jesus I shut every demonic door that has been opened to hinder my prayer life.
