D. Don’t Let Your Left Hand or Right Hand Know What You are Doing

Matt 6:1-6 “1 Take heed that ye do not your alms before men, to be seen of them: otherwise ye have no reward of your Father which is in heaven. 2 Therefore when thou doest thine alms, do not sound a trumpet before thee, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and in the streets, that they may have glory of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward. 3 But when thou doest alms, let not thy left hand know what thy right hand doeth: 4 That thine alms may be in secret: and thy Father which seeth in secret himself shall reward thee openly.

F. When You Pray Don’t Pray Standing in the Churches, Synagogues, or Street to Be Seen of Man. You Will Only Have Your Reward Here

5 And when thou prayest, thou shalt not be as the hypocrites are: for they love to pray standing in the synagogues and in the corners of the streets, that they may be seen of men. Verily I say unto you, They have their reward.

G. Pray in Your Closet with the Door Closed, Then You Heavenly Father Will Reward You Openly

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.”

H. When You Fast Don’t Be Like a Hypocrites with a Sad Face to Appear Unto Men

I. Anoint Your Head With Oil & Wash, So It Doesn’t Like You Are Fast Before Men

J. Then Your Heavenly Father Will Reward You Openly

A. By Receiving God’s a Prophet, You Will Be Rewarded

Matt 10:41-42 “41 He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.

B. By Giving a Drink to a Child a Cold Cup of Water, You Will Receive a Reward

C. But If You Don’t, You Will Lose Your Reward

42 And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.”

III. You Will Receive a Reward in Heaven

A. If Men Hate You for Being Hated by Men for Living of the Son of Man, Jesus

Lu 6:22-23 “22 Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.

B. You Should Rejoice and Leap for Joy, Because Great is Your Reward in Heaven

23 Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.”

C. Paul Said That If We Fought a Good Fight, Finish the Course, Keep the Faith, and Love Jesus ‘ Appearing, That There Will Be a Crown of Righteousness on That Day, in Heaven, for Him and Us

2 Ti 4:7-8 “7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”

D. Jesus is Bring His Rewards for Your Works With Him, When He Comes Back and Takes Us to Heaven

Re 22:12 “12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.”
