Zephaniah 3:14 (NKJV)
14 Sing, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O Israel! Be glad and rejoice with all your heart, O daughter of Jerusalem!
OT Rejoice: To be jubilant. Be in a reveling state of great joy and happiness.
NT Rejoice: Be glad, be delighted.
Philippians 4:4 (NKJV)
4 Rejoice in the Lord always. Again I will say, rejoice!
1 Thessalonians 5:16–18 NKJV
16 Rejoice always, 17 pray without ceasing, 18 in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Rejoice always.
The reason the rejoice.

24 This is the day the Lord has made; We will rejoice and be glad in it.
Is it always easy to rejoice?
Romans 12:12 NKJV
12 rejoicing in hope, patient in tribulation, continuing steadfastly in prayer;
What keeps you from rejoicing?
Habakkuk 3:18 NKJV
18 Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation.
No matter how bad things get, you can rejoice because of salvation.
Psalm 32:11 (NKJV)
11 Be glad in the Lord and rejoice, you righteous; And shout for joy, all you upright in heart!
Luke 15:7 NKJV
7 I say to you that likewise there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine just persons who need no repentance.
Everyone needs repentance, but not everyone realizes it.
Luke 15:10 NKJV
10 Likewise, I say to you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.”
When you lead someone to faith in Christ, the angles rejoice.
And you should too.
And so will the person you lead to Christ.
