The Accuser: (Heb) Satan aka (the Designated Accuser by God)
The Accuser: (Heb) Satan aka (the Designated Accuser by God)
Some things you need to know about him:
He doesn’t like you.
Will never like you.
Will try everything in his power to get you as far away from your ability to know God, reach God, and to commune with God.
His plan of dismantling has never changed.
Rev 12:10 “Then I heard a strong voice out of Heaven saying, Salvation and power are established! Kingdom of our God, authority of his Messiah! The Accuser of our brothers and sisters thrown out, who accused them day and night before God.”
5. His focus is simple when it come to us.
A thief is only there to steal and kill and destroy. I came so they can have real and eternal life, more and better life than they ever dreamed of.
God comes to Give Life and that more abundantly..... (Focus on that down in my message)
Satan is clever but he is not smarter that God.
“As Long As I am in Christ I will never be outsmarted by Satan”
A look into Job
A look into Job
1 Job was a man who lived in Uz. He was honest inside and out, a man of his word, who was totally devoted to God and hated evil with a passion. 2 He had seven sons and three daughters. 3 He was also very wealthy—seven thousand head of sheep, three thousand camels, five hundred teams of oxen, five hundred donkeys, and a huge staff of servants—the most influential man in all the East!
4 His sons used to take turns hosting parties in their homes, always inviting their three sisters to join them in their merrymaking. 5 When the parties were over, Job would get up early in the morning and sacrifice a burnt offering for each of his children, thinking, “Maybe one of them sinned by defying God inwardly.” Job made a habit of this sacrificial atonement, just in case they’d sinned.
6 One day when the angels came to report to God, Satan, who was the Designated Accuser, came along with them. 7 God singled out Satan and said, “What have you been up to?”
Satan answered God, “Going here and there, checking things out on earth.”
8 God said to Satan, “Have you noticed my friend Job? There’s no one quite like him—honest and true to his word, totally devoted to God and hating evil.”
9 Satan retorted, “So do you think Job does all that out of the sheer goodness of his heart? 10 Why, no one ever had it so good! You pamper him like a pet, make sure nothing bad ever happens to him or his family or his possessions, bless everything he does—he can’t lose!
11 “But what do you think would happen if you reached down and took away everything that is his? He’d curse you right to your face, that’s what.”
12 God replied, “We’ll see. Go ahead—do what you want with all that is his. Just don’t hurt him.” Then Satan left the presence of God.
13 Sometime later, while Job’s children were having one of their parties at the home of the oldest son, 14 a messenger came to Job and said, “The oxen were plowing and the donkeys grazing in the field next to us 15 when Sabeans attacked. They stole the animals and killed the field hands. I’m the only one to get out alive and tell you what happened.”
16 While he was still talking, another messenger arrived and said, “Bolts of lightning struck the sheep and the shepherds and fried them—burned them to a crisp. I’m the only one to get out alive and tell you what happened.”
17 While he was still talking, another messenger arrived and said, “Chaldeans coming from three directions raided the camels and massacred the camel drivers. I’m the only one to get out alive and tell you what happened.”
18 While he was still talking, another messenger arrived and said, “Your children were having a party at the home of the oldest brother 19 when a tornado swept in off the desert and struck the house. It collapsed on the young people and they died. I’m the only one to get out alive and tell you what happened.”
20 Job got to his feet, ripped his robe, shaved his head, then fell to the ground and worshiped:
21 Naked I came from my mother’s womb,
naked I’ll return to the womb of the earth.
God gives, God takes.
God’s name be ever blessed.
22 Not once through all this did Job sin; not once did he blame God.
He can only TEST, and CAN NEVER TAKE YOU OUT!
He can only TEST, and CAN NEVER TAKE YOU OUT!
Things that the Accuser is after:
Faith
Family
Fortune (Financial Wealth and Destiny)
Health (Mind, Body, and Soul)
Social Connections (Friends and Loved Ones that aren’t family)
Your Purpose (He is threatened by seeing you become what God has predestined you to become)
He is Forever Condemned and Never To Be Trusted (The Dream of Joshua)
He is Forever Condemned and Never To Be Trusted (The Dream of Joshua)
When God rebukes it is an unimpeachable condemnation with a final Judgement. It is a sentencing permanent disproval.
1 Next the Messenger-Angel showed me the high priest Joshua. He was standing before God’s Angel where the Accuser showed up to accuse him. 2 Then God said to the Accuser, “I, God, rebuke you, Accuser! I rebuke you and choose Jerusalem. Surprise! Everything is going up in flames, but I reach in and pull out Jerusalem!”
3 Joshua, standing before the angel, was dressed in dirty clothes. 4 The angel spoke to his attendants, “Get him out of those filthy clothes,” and then said to Joshua, “Look, I’ve stripped you of your sin and dressed you up in clean clothes.”
5 I spoke up and said, “How about a clean new turban for his head also?” And they did it—put a clean new turban on his head. Then they finished dressing him, with God’s Angel looking on.
6 God’s Angel then charged Joshua, 7 “Orders from God-of-the-Angel-Armies: ‘If you live the way I tell you and remain obedient in my service, then you’ll make the decisions around here and oversee my affairs. And all my attendants standing here will be at your service.
8 “ ‘Careful, High Priest Joshua—both you and your friends sitting here with you, for your friends are in on this, too! Here’s what I’m doing next: I’m introducing my servant Branch. 9 And note this: This stone that I’m placing before Joshua, a single stone with seven eyes’—Decree of God-of-the-Angel-Armies—‘I’ll engrave with these words: “I’ll strip this land of its filthy sin, all at once, in a single day.”
10 “ ‘At that time, everyone will get along with one another, with friendly visits across the fence, friendly visits on one another’s porches.’ ”
Zechariah was given the responsibility of getting the people of Judah to rebuild the Temple. We cannot allow the enemy to lose sight of who we are like the people of God had, but little did they know that once they FOUND THEMSELVES THEY WOULD BE RESTORED IN SEVEN DAYS and that there would be a birthing of DIVINE COMMUNITY amongst them.
WHAT YOU THOUGHT WAS RUINED GOD IS ABOUT TO REBUILD IT AGAIN!!!
The People of God had kept themselves debased and of high self scrutiny.
Stop Considering the suggestions of staying stuck in the fallen places where freedom has already been made accessible.
Stop Considering the suggestions of staying stuck in the fallen places where freedom has already been made accessible.
THE Accuser wants to keep us in the RUINS of our mistakes so you NEVER REACH THE PROMISED PLACE OF EXILE from the places that have been KEEPING US BOUND!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN CALLED TO BE FREE!!!!
1 Christ has set us free to live a free life. So take your stand! Never again let anyone put a harness of slavery on you.
WHERE I AM STANDING IS A PLACE CALLED FREEDOM. YOU JUST NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SIGHTS.
WHERE I AM STANDING IS A PLACE CALLED FREEDOM. YOU JUST NEED TO CHANGE YOUR SIGHTS.
THE ACCUSER COMES TO KEEP YOU BLINDED FROM WHERE YOU ALREADY ARE. HE CANNOT MOVE YOU FROM A PLACE GOD HAS ESTABLISHED YOU!!!
1 There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.
The Solution is LIFE ON GOD’S TERMS!!!!
10 Then I heard a strong voice out of Heaven saying,
Salvation and power are established!
Kingdom of our God, authority of his Messiah!
The Accuser of our brothers and sisters thrown out,
who accused them day and night before God.
The Job of the Accuser for every one of your life’s circumstances is to come against:
Salvation of the Believer through Jesus from their lives of failure and sin.
The Power given to us by Christ through our God given relationship.
The Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ that has been declared contrary to every unfavorable place you may currently or previously encountered....get this even IF YOU HAVE YET TO ENCOUNTER IT YET, IT IS THERE READY TO SAVE US!!!!
Kingdom of our God (the growth and development) the authority for God to reign over our situation and in our lives correctly.
Moment of thought
Moment of thought
What areas of my life have I stayed bound because of the accusations made by the Devil?
How do I free myself from these places?
Accusation is one of the oldest tactics used by the devil since he has fallen
