With the fall of the Tower of Babel (fall of Babylon), the Ancient Near East found itself in chaos & disorder as trade routes ceased & various wars, battles, & skirmishes arose along with famines, resulting in the people being scattered over all the earth. The whole world in defiant rebellion had made war with God & turned toward other gods. However, God has a plan to draw the nations to Himself with the call of Abram as He reveals Himself to Abram by the Trees of Seeing & to undue the curse.
