Coming of Christ in Judgment occurred in 70 A.D.

John the Baptist warned of the wrath to come. (Matt3:7; Lk. 3:7) He said even now the ax is laid to the root of the tree. (Matt. 3:10; Lk. 3:9-17) His winnowing fork is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear His threshing floor; and He will gather His wheat into the barn, but He will burn up the chaff with unquenchable fire.(Matt 3: 12)

Jesus said that his coming would be before the apostles had gone through the cities of Israel. (Matt. 10:23) There would be some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom. (Matt. 16:28; Mk. 8:38 - 9:1) Jesus condemned his generation and warned of them of the coming judgment that would befall them. (Matt. 11:22-24; Matt. 23:35-36). The coming and judgment was said to be in his generation (Matt. 12:41-42; Matt. 23:35-37; Mk. 13:30; Lk. 11:29-32; Lk. 21:31-32) His judgment would be against Jerusalem whom killed the apostles and prophets (Matt. 23:35-38; Matt. 24:34; Mk. 5:11; Lk. 11:50; Lk. 13: 34-35) He will avenge his saints who are crying out to him. (Lk. 18:7-8) I come quickly. (Rev. 1:5; 2:16; 3:3; 3:11)

Peter said salvation was ready to be revealed in the last time. (1 Pet. 1:5) In a little while trails and suffering would turn to honor and praise at Christ’s coming. (1 Pet. 1:6-7) The judge is ready to judge the living and the dead. (1 Pet. 4:5) The end of all things has at hand. (1 Pet 4: 7) The hour has come for judgment to begin at the house of God. (1 Pet. 4:17) Thos were the last days. (2 Pet 3:3) Scoffers where denying the promise of the coming. Peter confirmed that the end of all things which where at hand would pass away (heavens and earth) as promised. (2 Pet. 3). As promised by the prophets the new heavens and earth would be finally be established as a dwelling place for the righteous. (2 Pet. 3:13)

James said that the Coming of the Lord was at hand and the judge was standing at the door. (James 4:8-9)

Paul said salvation is nearer than when we first believed. (Rom 13:11) Christians were to eagerly wait for the Revelation of Jesus (1 Cor. 1:7; Ph. 3:20) The time is short, those who were married were to be as though they had none. They were told to separate themselves from the world which was passing away. (1 Cor. 7:29-31) upon whom the ends of the ages have come (1 Cor. 10:11) The Lord is at hand. (Ph. 4:5) Paul reconfirms Jesus message that judgment was coming against Jerusalem who killed the apostles and prophets and where filling up the measure of their sin. (1 Thess. 15-16). There would be those who would be alive and remain when Christ comes. (1 Thess 3: 15-17) Paul promised the Thessalonians relief from their trails and persecution when Christ would come. (2 Thess. 1:7-10) Saints thought the Day of the Lord, had ALREADY come. (2 Thess 2:2) the mystery of Lawlessness is already at work. (2 Thess. 2:7). Their present age was evil and told Christians to look for Christ’s coming. (Titus 2:12-13)

Hebrews said those were the last days. (Heb. 1:2) The old things were ready to pass away. (Heb. 8:13) The way to the Holiest of All could not yet be manifested until the first tabernacle was still standing. (Heb. 9:8) Christians could see the day approaching (Heb. 10:25) They were eagerly awaiting his coming. (Heb. 10:28) In a little while, he who is coming will come and not delay. (Heb. 10:37)

John the Apostle said that the darkness was passing away and the true light was shining. (1 Jn. 2:8; 17) It was the last hour. (1 Jn. 2:18)

Revelation through John says that those things written must soon take place. (Rev. 1:1) The time has come. (Rev. 1:3) Every eye would see him including those who pierced him. (Rev. 1:7) The blood of the saints would be avenged in a little while. (Rev. 6:10-11; 18:20) Judgment would be against Jerusalem, where the Lord was crucified. (Rev. 11:8) Judgment would be against Jerusalem, the one who became drunk with the blood of the saints. (Rev. 16:6; 17:6; 18:24) The harvest of the earth was ripe. The harvest had come. (Rev. 14:15-16) The New Heavens and Earth is now present. The old things have passed away. (Rev. 21)
