     (1) GOD Himself sets great value upon them
     (2) Our Lord thought much of them.
     (3) They speak of Him.
     (4) They are accorded a high place by the writers of the New Testament.

     (6) The types cover the whole range of New Testament teaching.
     (7) The study is a sure antidote for the poison of "Higher Criticism."
