Why We Should Preach
The problem in common society in Eastern contexts, predominately is surrounded about the lack of truth in all given scenarios.
2 Timothy 4:1–2 (ESV): 4 I charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by his appearing and his kingdom: 2 preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, and exhort, with complete patience and teaching
We are called to preach in places of spiritual darkness.
When people do now know the truth, the Bible commands us topreach the Word.
How will we live differently knowing that Jesus is the Truth and so many other countries do not know the Truth?
What do we do with our renewed understanding knowing other countries live in spiritual blindness?
What is the Gospel?
The Gospel of Jesus can be seen as a storyline.
Being able to tell stories is essential to preaching.
A majority of Jesus’ teachings were based from a story or illustration.
