Your Best life is found in Christ.

Philippians 1:27–30 (ESV)

27 Only let your manner of life be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving side by side for the faith of the gospel, 28 and not frightened in anything by your opponents. This is a clear sign to them of their destruction, but of your salvation, and that from God. 29 For it has been granted to you that for the sake of Christ you should not only believe in him but also suffer for his sake, 30 engaged in the same conflict that you saw I had and now hear that I still have.

We are called to a certain standard of living IN Christ.

This is where orthodoxy and orthopraxy come together (Wednesday nights)

Orthodoxy - A right belief system of about God

Orthopraxy - Living out that belief system.

Just like there’s a way that we as parents try to teach our kids good manners raising them, the manner in which we live our life matters as followers of Christ

So, How do we in live IN Christ?

We do it together!

standing firm in one spirit,

Do we believe in Jesus Christ, the Son of God who was crucified for the sins of the world and was burried and then resurrected 3 days later?

with one mind

Do we believe that there are others who need to hear the good news of what we believe?

striving side by side for the faith of the gospel,

Do we believe that we are part of the solution God wants to use to make Jesus known to the world?

Do we believe that we are better when we do it together?

and not frightened in anything by your opponents.

Do we believe that God is good, and that He is mighty?

For it has been granted to you that for the sake of Christ you should not only believe in him but also suffer for his sake, 30 engaged in the same conflict that you saw I had and now hear that I still have.

Do we live IN Christ a manner of life worthy of our God?
