Romans 10:6-13 (KJV)

6 But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

7 Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach;

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

11 For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.

12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

INTRODUCTION- JESUS HAS ALREADY COME, JESUS HAS ALREADY DONE, JESUS HAS ALREADY WON, AND JESUS HAS ALREADY SAT DOWN IN KINGLY AUTHORITY IN GOD’S ETERNAL KINGDOM!

PHILIPPIANS

JESUS DID ALL THAT FORM ME AND YOU SO WE CAN OVERCOME, SO WE CAN BECOME, SO THAT WE CAN RIGHT HERE AND RIGHT NOW BEGIN LIVING AS CITIZENS IN HEAVEN’S KINGDOM!!!!

COLOSSIANS

NOW IT’S TIME FOR YOU TO BECOME!

TITLE: TIME FOR YOU TO BECOME!

I. THE SAVIOUR HAS COME

SALVATION IS “NOW” POWER!

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

A. HE ALREADY WAS SENT IN A VIRGIN BIRTH

B. HE ALREADY CAME AS THE VALIANT SUFFERING SERVANT

C. HE ALREADY LIVED A HOLY AND VIRTUOUS LIFE

D. HE ALREADY DIED A SACRIFICIAL VICARIOUS DEATH

{YOUR COCA COLA MAY HAVE LOST IT’S FIZZ BUT THE WELLS AND RIVERS OF SALVATION ARE RUNNING AS READY AND REFRESHING AS EVER IN OUR GENERATION!}

II. THE SALVATION IS AVAILABLE

SALVATION HAS “POW” POWER!

9 That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.

III. THE SINNER CAN BECOME RIGHTEOUS

SALVATION HAS “THOU” POWER!

13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.

IV. THE SUPPLY IS MAGNIFICENT

SALVATION HAS “WOW” POWER!

12 For there is no difference between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that call upon him.

A. HIS GRACE IS STILL AMAZING

B. HIS RICHES ARE STILL ABUNDANT

C. HIS POWER IS STILL ALMIGHTY

V. THE SWAG IS FAITH

SALVATION HAS “HOW” POWER!

A. “O TASTE AND SEE”

B. “COME UNTO ME”

C. “RECEIVE HIM”

E. “FOLLOW ME”

F. “DRINK”

1. ASK

2. BELIEVE

3. CONFESS

CONCLUSION- JESUS HAS ALREADY COME, JESUS HAS ALREADY DONE, JESUS HAS ALREADY WON, AND JESUS HAS ALREADY SAT DOWN IN KINGLY AUTHORITY IN GOD’S ETERNAL KINGDOM!
