Passages: Mark 1:9-13 Description: Last week we heard that the life of Jesus is the gospel of salvation. Today in the next 5 verses, we see Him come to be prepared and confirmed. We get a glimpse both backward and forward into what harmony with God might look like and what we will need to do to prepare ourselves along the way so that we too can be confirmed as God's children, in whom He is well-pleased.
