Experiencing chronic stress can alter a parent’s ability to nurture and parent responsibly. This easily leads to generational cycles of both poverty and distressed parenting. Each new generation, reared by parents facing debilitating circumstances and lacking a solid foundation for thoughtful parenting, in turn finds itself lacking the emotional and social tools necessary to nurture its own offspring.

He famously spent months meditating in the mountains and learning how to tap into what was important to him. He went home and revolutionized the world of technology with the invention of the Mac.

Elon Musk spent over a year travelling around Canada before he started College. He worked odd jobs which included weeding vegetable beds, shoveling out grain bins, sawing logs and cleaning the boiler room of a lumber mill for eighteen dollars an hour. He went on to become one of the highest earning entrepreneurs of all time.
