God’s Faithfulness in Spite of Unfaithfulness (3:6-8, 13-15)
Before God brings another charge against the people, he gives a beautiful attribute about himself… and reminds of this for a reason. This attribute is the Immutability of God… or the scriptural truth that he is a God who never changes.
This is important for the people of Israel to hear because even in the midst of their punishment and judgement, they are reminded of God’s character that cannot be changed, cannot be compromised and cannot fail them.
