Where are we on God’s timeline?
We know where we’re not on that timeline--- Thousands of years latter!
So, where are we today?
As He was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to Him privately, saying, “Tell us, when will these things happen, and what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
Now, it’s important to note--- that one of the 3 prediction were already fulfilled.
That was the destruction of the A.D. 70 Jewish Temple. The other two, however, haven’t happened yet!
On the one hand, It says, a time is coming that this generation, if your a christian, at some point in time, like Enoch, all Christian will be :taken up” Vanish! This we know is called the Rapture! The Rapture, like the Trinity, the word is not in the bible! However, but is clearly understood will happen, 1 Thess 4:16-18 just prior of the coming 7 year Tribulation- predicted by Jesus in the Matt 24 account, besides else where tells us why the Rapture Rev 3:10
On the other hand, the bible tells us what happens right after the rapture, non-believers in Jesus Christ will go into what the biblical “ Tribulation” This is a 7 year period of judgement of horrors on earth. Following at the end of these horrible events will be the 2nd Coming of Jesus Christ, coming back as King of Kings and Lord of Lords Rev 19:11-21, Matt 24:29-31, Joel 3:12-16 And if, by then your not a Christian thee is only a place of weeping and mashing of teeth reserved for all those who received the Mark of the Beast during the 7 year Tribulation Rev 13:16-17
How did we get here in the first place? I mean, the Last Things, the end of the world the bible says will be so bad its unimaginable!
